Fitness and movement - involves dancing, singing, exercise - teaching them healthy habits from the start.
Big Sprouts

4 - 5 year olds
Learn through - unstructured play, fantasy play, group activities and class time.
Activity books - to work on their literacy, writing, numbering, tracing, alphabet skills, etc.
Workbooks - to work on their creativity and coloring skills with theme based activities.
Arts and crafts - to stimulate their creative side.
Fitness and movement - involves dancing, singing and exercise.
